Launching their new brunch menu and shorter operating hours starting March 26, (11 a.m. to 3 p.m.) Chido Taco Lounge promised to give this important meal the attention it deserves. Food and service were great. We had parmesan yeast rolls, miso glazed sea bass, rainbow trout, and carrot cake for dessert. Lets make that cocktail at home in preparation of our Easter visit to Trulucks. My steak and 3 others had gristle. We did not once get a sense that they were apologetic about the situation at all.
