The licensee may be ineligible for a privilege to practice in any member state until the specific time for removal has passed and all fines are paid. (7)The compact does not interfere with a licensees ability to hold a single state license in multiple states. For the purposes of dual licensure, the department shall license as a marriage and family therapist any person who meets the requirements of s. 491.0057. (b)On the website of each member states professional counseling licensing board or other publicly accessible platform or in the publication in which each state would otherwise publish proposed rules.
